Delivery Policy
Ta' Fonzu Bottle Shop takes extra care to send your order to your destination in the finest condition possible. We only deliver to the front door, so please double-check all the information you provide so we can get in touch with you when your delivery is ready to be made.
We have partnered with FastDrop, a leading local courier that with their technological and logistical expertise, allow our customers to be able to track and know the status of their order at any point in time. We are offering two delivery options: instant and next-day delivery. Instant delivery will guarantee that your order is delivered to you within two hours provided it is placed between 8am and 5pm Monday to Saturday, and between 8am and 11am on Sundays. Next-day delivery will guarantee that your order is delivered to you the following day provided it is placed between 8am and 5pm Monday to Saturday, and between 8am and 11am on Sundays.
Please be advised that a pick-up option is always available.
In the unfortunate case that a wrong item is delivered or it is not delivered in a condition of your satisfaction please do notify us immediately so that we can start processing replacement or refund as soon as possible.
